A concealed penis (buried/hidden penis) can trap urine that leads to repeated infections. In addition, children with concealed penis (buried/hidden penis) are at risk for psychological and social trauma. Since these boys have short visible penis and sometimes need to sit to urinate, they will be ridiculed by other boys and ostracized by their peers.
